Yukiko Quack
Yukiko is a ballet teacher with many years of professional experience. She received her training as a ballet dancer and ballet teacher in Japan. As a young dancer, she performed in numerous productions in Tokyo and Sendai, both in classical ballet and in creative ballet by famous choreographers (Norihiko Mochizuki, Haruka Ueda, and others). After her career as a ballet dancer, she founded and ran her own ballet school in her hometown of Sendai. During this time, she organized and choreographed her own performances, in which she also appeared. In addition to running the school, she pursued further education in ballet pedagogy with Jan Nuyts and later with M. Barena Bertrand. Most recently, she was certified as a ballet educator for amateur dance instruction (ages 6-18) according to the Vaganova method by Viktoria Zaripova in Hamburg. Since the summer of 2024, she has been working as a ballet teacher at our school.
