Cake Decorating Workshop
Sweet Creations for a Cause – Kids’ Cake Decorating Workshop with Chef Angelina F. Valentim
Looking for a meaningful, creative activity for your child — and a free Saturday morning for yourself? Join us on Saturday, October 25, 2025, for a hands-on Cake Decorating Workshop designed especially for children ages 6 and up, led by the wonderfully talented Chef Angelina F. Valentim.
Organized by the Yen Han Ballet Foundation, this workshop blends the joy of baking with artistic expression and community spirit — and all proceeds will directly support our educational and outreach programs for children and youth throughout Switzerland.
What Your Child Will Experience
During this 3-hour workshop, each child will be guided in decorating their own individual cake to take home and share proudly with family and friends. It’s not just a class — it’s a joyful, confidence-building journey into creativity, guided by a professional who knows how to make children feel capable, inspired, and safe.
Highlights include:
- Each child decorates and brings home their own cake
- Guidance from Chef Angelina, a pastry artist known for her fun and inclusive approach to children’s baking
- A caring, trained supervision team to ensure every child feels welcome and supported
- Light refreshments provided for all participants
Children with autism are warmly welcome. Chef Angelina has experience working with neurodiverse children and will lead the session with compassion and individualized support to ensure that every child enjoys a meaningful experience.

Why Participate?
By joining this workshop, your child will enjoy a joyful, creative experience — and you’ll enjoy a relaxed Saturday morning. But even more meaningful is the sense of purpose that comes with it: every participant will be contributing to a larger cause.
All proceeds go directly to the Yen Han Ballet Foundation’s educational and outreach programs, helping to bring ballet and dance into schools and communities throughout Switzerland.
This is more than a baking class. It’s an opportunity for children to experience the power of giving — to discover that they can make a difference through creativity, and that their joyful efforts help others grow and thrive through the art of dance.
Each cake decorated is a sweet symbol of generosity, empowerment, and shared community spirit — all values we hold dear.
